Meet Sarah Tuntland, Board Treasurer

Sarah Tuntland joined the SECT Board in April 2018 and is currently serving as Board Treasurer. Growing up with a love for music and theatre, she is excited to be involved with SECT and to experience all of the wonderful talent in the Sioux Empire. Sarah currently is the Accounting Manager at SDN Communications and has been working there for the past 15 years. She is an active CPA and received her B.S. in Business and Accounting from Augustana University and her MBA from USD. Her children, Grace (17) and Carter (15), keep her busy with all their school activities and she is also active in church choir, Junior Achievement and other volunteer opportunities organized by SDN. In her spare time – if she’s not with family and friends - she enjoys reading, painting, carving and making stained glass windows.
